The palm's seed also called attap is the immature fruit of the Nypa Palm.
The seed is sweet, translucent, and a bit gelatinous.
It is mainly used as a dessert ingredient in Thailand, especially with Ice Cream or just served with Ice.
We can supply all year long but our peak production is usually in December.
